In order to popularize the knowledge of CFD, to nurture the self-owned CFD brand, DYFLUID was founded by Dr. Dongyue Li in 2014. DYFLUID distributes preliminary and intermediate CFD documents for CFD researchers. The "D" in the DYFLUID's logo represents the control volume. It also represents the first capital of "Derivative." The line in the logo represents the so-called streamline. Instead of the CFD test cases, DYFLUID focuses on the algorithm. In 2019, the maximum IP traffic of DYFLUID reached to 44,000 per month. It has become the largest academic CFD/OpenFOAM website in China.
Besides DYFLUID, Dr. Dongyue Li runs the one of the top 2 popular Wechat CFD media (CFD-RESEARCH) in China. He also runs the largest Chinese CFD-based forum (CFD-CHINA). In 2019, the maximum PV traffic of CFD-CHINA reached to 600,000 per month. In February of 2020, CFD-RESEARCH distributed an article viewed by more than 350,000 people, which has so far the most impact on CFD media.
Dr. Dongyue Li's research activity focuses on the algorithm and implementation of multiphase flow and general CFD, with a particular focus on population balance systems. Possible collaboration is also welcomed, such as joint scientific research, meeting/job announcements or CFD products marketing etc. Email: firstname.lastname@example.org
